2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Sugar-free chocolate chips

Let the granola cool completely.
Add chocolate chips and stir until they're melted and coated.
Break the granola into chunks and store it in an airtight container.
Tips:
Customise the recipe with your favourite nuts or seeds.
Add-ins like dried cranberries or cherries can add sweetness and flavour.
Store the granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. It’s great for a snack or breakfast too!
